The pre-bid conference will be on the 23rd day of April 2024 at 1:00 PM at Ocho Seafood and Grill, Senator Enage St, Downtown, Tacloban City. The submission of inquiries and clarifications is highly encouraged three (3) days before and after the Pre-Bid Conference.
